Sky go

Hi my sky go app is not letting me watch any football on it says I have to upgrade? But I have sports on my tv

Are you trying to watch UHD?

If so this will not be possible.

Is the Sky Go app connected to your Sky Q box, if so discounnect it in settings to see if it will then work.
