Sky go wont download any programmes

  • Trying to download programmes to my Android phone.  Keep getting the same error message1000010066.jpg

I've sorted it out. Uninstalled the app, restarted phone, reinstalled app and signed back in again.  Working perfectly now.

Yes I do.  I was logged in and able to watch live tv.  I was connected to the box, I just couldn't download anything

Do you mean you were trying to download something from your Sky Q box, if so multiscreen is need for that so do you have this ?

I do have multi screen too.  However I was just trying to download a programme to my phone ready for me to watch on the train tomorrow.
