Sky go will not work on iPad

Every time I try to log into Sky Go on IPad it says "Sorry, something went wrong and because of technical issue you cannot watch this channel". I have switched iPad on and off, done an update and still not working.

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and the sign back into the app.

There must of been an issue with Sky as mine is now working
