Sky go - upgrade to use

Hi. I have the full package but when using, or trying to use, sky go, it tells me I need to upgrade my subscription to watch 🤷🏻‍♂️ 

I appreciate any help

Are you a new customer to Sky or someone who was a customer and has come back after being away for 12 months or more ?

When you came back did you continue with your previous account so you were not given a new account number ?

I'm really not sure on the new account number or not. I have the same issue with sky vip 🤷🏻‍♂️

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
