Sky go streaming

Hi certain programmes listed on sky go can't be downloaded on to my device as it says I need to upgrade but I can watch these channels on my sky box so why not on sky go ?

To download content to the Sky Go app you need Sky Go Extra on your account so do you have this ?

To downlaod from a Sky Q box you need multiscreen.
