I have multi room and the package required to watch Sky go via the Xbox but it has stopped working. Every time I try to watch anything I get a message: There was a problem streaming this channel please select another one. This message appears on all channels. I can't watch catch up, box set or movies either, shows me the adverts then stops. Can someone help please? Thank you

I have rebooted both the wifi and xbox, changed the xbox from one to a S, wired the internet via a ethernet cable, uninstalled and reinstalled the sky go app and nothing is working. Cant watch live tv or on demand.
