My Dad is 102 years old and had sky go free as a VIP member.. Last Monday he found that it was not working on his ipad. Not only that, it had also disappeared from his account. Phoned sky who agreed it had gone and put it back on, charging him £5 the month. It is still not working today over 72 hours later. Ihave tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still no joy. Any ideas what I should do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf he or you goes to the app store on his iPad and use the search at the bottom right does it let you/him install it again or does it just say open meaning it is still installed ?

He has got it working now. Seems someone at Sky deleted it from his account by mistake. Thanks for the reply.
