Sky go screen goes black

Sky Go opens and then the screen goes black

i am having the same problem but can not find any answers

I am having same problem with sky go i get to the tv guide and when i click on a program the screen is just black and it stays like that it doesn't display the program nothing and if i try and close sky go down it hangs. I am considering stopping my sibscription with sky if this is there best for the price they charge. Virgin media are offering a better package and more channels for less money, so come-on sky get your act together.

This is not the service advertised, how long do you have to put up with problem before you can cancel subscription?
