When trying to access the my recordings tab on sky go for my Ipad and android it says that I can't connect to the sky Q box. I am connected to the same WiFi and have a sky multiroom subscription. I have also gone through all the steps online to rectify this including re installing the sky go application. Now I've done this the recordings tab has disappeared completely, please can someone help me out as I'm paying for sky Multiroom but getting absolutely nothing from it...

@Harry199307 on your Q box if you go to settings > status do you have a tick against watch via Sky Go ?
