I have recently been able to use Sky go on ps5. Yesterday it had logged out , entered the username and password and got the message it could not be used on the device without sky glass whole home, sky q multiroom or sky go extra . It clearly can as we have been using it and we have sky go extra. I have just been on to live chat with sky and the unbelievable suggestion to fix the issue was since I already have sky go extra would I like to proceed with sky glass . I asked why I would want to do this, the reply was if you buy sky glass you will not face issue with it anymore !! After several minutes I gave up.
can anyone please suggest any practical suggestions to try. It has worked so clearly can but not sure what to try now. Any help would be appreciated other than to buy sky glass 😂

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
