I won't let me watch sky go on my Xbox one

Comes up with;

You can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need Sky Q Multiscreen, Sky glass whole home or sky go extra but I have a subscription and it's worked for years but stopped today.

Frim now in you need the correct subscription as per the messaging you are seeing so you will need to call Sky for help with this.
