Sky go not working

I have not had access to sky ho for over two weeks. I've uninstalled, reinstalled on both Xbox and phone. It says technical issues try again later.

i have spoken to sky and they say I have too many devices. I have not recently set it up anywhere new. I can't uninstall devices because of a technical issue. 
I'm at my wits end, can anyone help.

Has anything changed recently on your account like have you added or cancelled something ?

No nothing at all. I added sky sports about a month ago that's it.

It probably is but have you tried linking your account as per this;

The to many devices answer given is nonsense as the system will remove the oldest unused device should that occur.

Yes I have, they changed my email whilst on the phone we went through it all together.

They are saying they can't delete any devices either. I'm not sure what I have left except to cancel sky, they can't seem to help.

I've got the same issue.  I can login to the Sky Go app but can't play any content.  I can't remove any devices from my account.  Sky have tried removing devices and they can't do so either.

 

I've told Sky that multiple people seem to have this issue but I'm not getting anywhere.  It's been over a month now and I'm still trying to get it fixed.

You would think they would have a team to deal with these issues, but nobody can help.

I was hoping someone had a clue what's going on and could help.

looks like we are out of luck.. sadly
