Sky go not working

  • Our sky go is not working on any device 

we have deleted app reninstalled , signed out and back in . Deleted all devices and still don't work , spent 1hr 30 on phone to sky and they still can't resolve the issue 

we can load the app but when we select a channel we get the message " SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG because of a technical issue , you cannot watch this content "

there is no code for error  just the above
