Sky go app on computer. Worked fine last weekend at caravan no internet. Worked fine at work on Internet. Back to caravan, freeze on checking for updates. So switched on mobile Internet. It opened. Switched off Internet. Went to play programme I had downloaded yesterday. EXPIRED? Anyone else had this?

Lots of us have this problem. There's no support it seems.

Yes - I had exactly the same problem with pre-downloaded in the UK programmes to watch [1] on board a holiday flight - so obvs. off line as well as [2] in my holiday hotel [offline again].
Bordering on 'mis-selling' of product, Sky saying that we have this wonderful offline capability bundled with the monthly fee, and then clients finding that it's no longer fit for purpose.
