I recently had sky go working on my phone and Ps4 while I was waiting on the activation of my sky Q. I had my sky Q activated today and the live TV options are now gone on my Sky go with a 'to enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription".
I have sky signature, multiscreen and the sports channels and have logged out, reinstalled and reactivated the sky go option on sky q.
Any idea what the issue is? Are you not able to watch TV from sky and sky go on a network outside the home?

It should work so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
