Just seeing everyone's issues, I too am with LIT and am unable to watch sky go, has anyone found a way to solve this issue?

Mine worked by turning off skys booster box for my sky q to mini boxes. I replied and thanked the lit person that advise to do that.
Then, when I reconnected it, the sky go does not work !
just tried viewing using Nord vpn and it now works..
sky or lit have done something recently as it's been fine up to now

I haven't got a sky booster box .
I will ring Sky and see if they can do anything else .

If you have a vpn, then try connecting that first - makes mine work with lit
dont want to be doing that all the time but narrows down what it can be
we can all leave lit in the next couple of weeks as they are backing out the broadband market - may be worth seeing who else provides on the network ( for me it's city fibre network)...

Really sorry but I have no idea what a vpn is, can someone in lighten me? Also what is this about lit leaving the broadband market? Do I need to be looking else where?

Also on LiT fibre and having same issues with sky go since just before Christmas. Everything stopped working last night 30/12 @2210. That's ,Tv SkyQ, skyQmini and sky go we got the TV and mini working eventually and sky go still not working, however I can watch recordings but nothing live, sky go works fine on 4G. At least we now know we're not the only ones.

Lit Fibre customer support are having none of it and say it is skys issue. I am starting to think this might be correct and it is probably them who have blocked their ip ranges by mistake.

It is definitely a Lit error / issue.
im using someone else's broadband and Sky Go is working fine !!!

Each broadband provider is allocated a bunch of ip addresses... Sky can choose to block / allow these ranges and it would not be under Lits control at all.
So we need Sky to confirm this is not the case.

Definitely must be a Sky/Lit IP issue. I've just had same issue and found this thread.
Couldn't get Go to load on iPad or iPhone. Luckily I have a Deco WiFi mesh system. So changed wifi to that and Go came on straight away.
Worked fine a few days ago so something has changed recently and someone is telling porkies.

Well further to my last post. I had contacted Sky by email assistance. They duly replied and wanted as much info as I could give them. So I gave a detailed explanation and also told them a lot of LiT fibre users where having the same issues. I got a very sympathetic reply and sky assured me they had changed nothing , not blocked IP addresses etc, but they were going to get their tech people to look into it and would follow up with a phone call after 2/1/26 at my convenience, which I was going to do.
Last night I tried my iPhone and both iPads to see if I could get live tv to work on Sky go and the answer was NO. Being persistent when I got up this morning guess wha, skygo appears to be working and we've not done anything our end, not even rebooted. So have skys tech guys found a glitch in the system, I might find out later. Fingers crossed it carries on working because it's been totally frustrating to say the least.
