Sky Go app wont load after installation on my samsung laptop. Once installed the blue screen starts up with a message saying checking for updates after 20 secs or so this disappears then the screen vanishes. We have uninstalled and re-installed the app several times and same thing happens. Sky go works on all my other devices.
