Sky go not logging in

Hi my sky go won't log in on xbox I have skygo extra so should be OK to login

 

Any help much appreciated

What is happening when you login, is it asking you to upgrade ?

It just keeps saying login details are wrong I can log in on my phone and iPad but not xbox
