Error message comes up telling me sky content cannot currently be viewed in this country. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, there is no VPN and I have turned my router off and restarted and the error message is still coming up. I can watch it on 4G

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSounds like your IP Address is giving the wrong country, you might need to turn of your router for sometime to force a new IP Address, if the above 10 minutes does not work then turning the router off overnight should force a new address
