Hi I've downloaded sky go onto android phone - samsung A53. I've logged in, the app, shows as connected and authorised account. Only 1 connected device. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've rebooted, I've logged out and logged back in, I've removed device and reconnected device. I've disconnected from Internet and reconnected.
I've tried to play TV, I've tried downloading, I've tried streaming TV
Every time it says account needs to be authorised???
Any ideas??

I've sorted it. Turns out it's WiFi at work that's stopping it from working
