I have the same problem.
Just upgraded my account to Sky Stream which now includes Sky Movies once more.
Working well on my new streaming service but Sky Go will not let me access my movies package.
I will need some help also to resolve this problem, however I do not want to change my log in credentials just because I have upgraded my account.

I keep getting the message sorry something went wrong to watch this content, please upgrade your subscription. Head to the tv tab in the MySky app to review your account or visit Sky.com/hub/tv. Nothing works I'm fully up to date and have sky signature. 4 calls to sky now and it's "with the back office". I've deleted, reinstalled and reset everything. What's wrong 😡🤯
