Sky go issues error code 0

Hey

 

I am trying to use sky go on both my laptop and my phone and I am getting an error message that says we are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment. Error 0

 

Sky go is working on the xbox fine. 

 

I have restarted both phone and laptop, uninstall and reinstall the app. As well as restarting the app and I am still getting the same error code. 

 

Anyone have any other ideas to help.

If both devices are connected to your Wifi connection try a reboot of your router if you are yet to do this.
