Sky go issue

I have just had my sky installed today however my sky go isn't working it js saying. "To watch this content please upgrade your subscription and then tells me to go onto mysky app. However I'm not sure what to do"

@Mia13  Give it 24-48 hours if it doesn't work after that give sky a call
