I have sky go extra but can only watch on 2 devices at one time why is this? I have tried contacting sky with no joy. Please can someone help

With Sky Go extra for 4 concurrent streaming, you must have Sky Go Extra and either Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home sub on your account as with just Sky Go Extra you do get just the 2.
