Sky go extra error

I have Sky go extra Never had a problem before using more than 2 devices it's now saying we've reached our limit with 2 when it should be 4? All of a sudden it's stopped.

With Sky Go Extra you can use 2 devices at the same time but if you also have multiscreen or the Sky Glass Whole Home sub that increases it to 4 so if it has changed recently have any changes been made to your TV package since this started to happen ?
