Sky go error message live TV

trying to watch live TV on Sky go app on Pixel 9 phone. when i click on any of the channels/programmes, i get the error message:

"sorry, we are having technical difficulties. Error [0]. Please try again, you can still watch your downloads or recordings"

been getting this same error for 2 days or so now. any advice/help?

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and then sign back into the app.


If that doesn't work then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:
