Sky go error PFE 9303 Windows

I'm getting this error. Adverts play, sky news live plays but trying to watch Succession and getting this error.

No VPN, no other programs running.

Windows 10

Is your VPN turned off or do you not use one ?

I don't use one. I saw a similar post to the same error with replies saying turn off VPN which is why I mention it.
