Sky go does not work error 3-22

  • Every time I use sky go on my phone it comes up with 3-22  and I have to re install to reset the app why

Have you tried disconnecting your device from the Wifi for a few minutes, close the Sky Go app then connect it back up to the Wifi before loading the app up ?
