Sky go channels won’t load

I'm having trouble watching any tv channel on the sky go app on my Xbox series x, everytime I go on the app the channels don't load and I just get a black screen followed by an error message saying this channel doesn't seem to be working please try again later, this happens for every channel. Any idea why this is ? I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, still the same thing happens
