Sky go bug galaxy a32

Looked for a solution for this bug.

 

Select sky go doesn't open. Second time open it app doesn't fully launch and the error message comes up.

 

Using a Samsung galaxy a32

Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your phone then install it again so you do get the latest version ?
