Sky go app previously worked on ps5

I have the sky go app on my ps5 which was working up until a week ago and now when I try to sign in it says I can't use it on this device yet but previously I managed to.

No my subscription is still the same. The app works on my phone and iPad but not my ps5 anymore.

Did you answer both questions "no", because you need Sky Go Extra for use on a console
