Can’t access SkyGo

I am trying to sign into SkyGo but keep getting the message that there is a technical issue and can't access the channel and to try again later. 

I've tried on different devices, I've closed and re downloaded the app. I've tried on WiFi and on data and I am not on a VPN.

 

Is there a solution? Not thrilled to be paying for a service I can't access.

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and then sign back into the app.
