Sky go app picture

Hi all

when watching films on sky go app usually recording from main box, the piccture keeps going post box ratio, cutting top and bottom of movie which makes it fraustrating to try and watch films

this is on my iphone, ive tried updating app and deleting and reinstalling but jeeps happening, anyone else have similar problem?
