Sky go app issue

Hi all

unsure what's going on with the Sky Go app, wife's has 5 icons along the bottom with Q in bottom right corner, App Store shows this too yet mine only has 4 icons with no Q showing. 
deleted app and reinstalled but still not showing

 

any help would be appreciated

It appears your device is not connected to

your Sky Q box so in the settings on the Sky Go app is the connection to it turned on ?

Hi

Got home last night and when opened app there was a notice on asking about network location, so activated that and it appeared 🤦‍♂️
