I've been trying to watch a series on sky max. On my tv I can watch the series fine but on my sky go app it says I need to upgrade my subscription. How can this be fixed? Thank you

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
