Sky go - Technical issue

Hi,

 

I have seen plenty of discussions but no fixes so was hoping to get my query escalated. I try to sign into sky go and I get the error message attached. I'm not even trying to watch a specific channel, just sign in. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does your password contain anything other than a letter or number ?

@caesarome my password only contains letters and numbers , no special characters.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
