My sky go has suddenly stopped working. Keeps saying its having trouble connecting to the network although ii am at home and it has a perfect wifi connection. Error 403 keeps appearing. Ive rebooted, reset my wifi. No luck

If not try disabling the Wif on the device the app is on then reboot it and when it has finished loading up turn the Wi-Fi back on and wait a few minutes before trying again to use the app,

I don't us VPN but problem happened just from thin air
I relay don't understand this

I have just experienced the same issue. I could get Sky Go to work if I signed on on the same tablet using my wife's profile so it was definitely not the tablet or communications problems.
So I decided to sign out of Sky Go. I then reinstalled Sky Go and signed in. That did the trick.
So in short sign out and sign in again and if that fails then reinstall and repeat.
