Hi,
I have recently purchased Sky Stream which is great to be honest, it works pefectly etc, however my Sky Go does not work and keeps saying that i need to upgrade my tv package, but i have a package which inlcudes one month free, I have tried all the help available both online and with the virtual assistant, but it still does not work. Interestingly, my tv package does not show on my account, does it make a difference that i purchased my Sky Stream from a retailer? I have also posted this in the account community as i think this may be the issues
