I am trying to watch sky go and it comes up with i need the relevant sky TV Subscription Code 1310

I'm a new customer to tv, my Q puck arrived today, I set it up linked it etc and it states "need to add a subscription to use this" I managed to get through to a human on [Removed] Told me they have an issue their end. Should be sorted "soon" there's a team working on it. Clarification on "soon" rendered the answer we don't have a time frame

@D_2da_K87  You've added to a Sky Go app thread, you also mentuon Sky Q puck, however Sky Q does not have pucks, Sky stream does.

 

So what exactly are you having an issue with?  Sky Go?  Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Still it's an issue with the subscription service isn't it. So I'd hazard a well placed guess it's related...

No, I was simply informing the op of the potential problem and what I was told by sky.
