Sky Q box not found
I can no longer watch recordings on Sky go on my iPad. The error message I'm getting is Sky Q Box not found. You must be connected to a Sky Q box to see your recordings.
Any suggestions?

Have you made any changes to your account as you need multiscreen on your account to connect the app to your box. If you have made no changes then try a reboot of your box and the device the app is installed on.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

I called Sky about this today as this seems to be an issue on some other forums. Appears they are aware of it and working on it but no timeframe given as to when it will be resolved

It's now July and Sky Go has not connected to Sky Q for more than six months. It will not even allow me to set remote recordings anymore, and downloads are a fond but distant memory from years ago.
Are Sky actually still working to fix this problem? This forum was told that work was underway much earlier in the year. Is it still being looked into? The suggestions pasted here don't work for me, and at best only help some of those affected. An honest response from Sky - even if it is to admit that they can't or won't fix this - would be appreciated.

Same issue for me now. It was all working last week and now my sky Q box can't be found on iPhone or iPad. Not good and please can we have an update?
