Error message 7b950cdf when trying to sign in on PS5

When I try to sign in via the Sky Go app on PS5 I get the following message:
"Something went wrong. Please try again. (7b950cdf)"

I have tried connecting to different networks, restarting router, console etc. and re-installed the app.

Any known fixes for this?

hi i am trying to sort out an issue about using sky go on xbox series s and xbox series x.  i used to be able to view it on the consoles but can not get access.  

is anyone able to assist

error message i get is 'you cant use sky go on this device yet.  youll need a sky q multiscreen , sky gladd whole home or sky go extra subscription to access sky go on this device.   i do have a multiscreen subscription
