I have a sky go extra subscription but no multiscreen. My Sky Q Box shows 'Sky Box not enabled to connect to Sky Go' and trying tyo re-activate wont work. I know others say that youbhave to have multiscreen, but surelt the subscription overrides this requirement? Any ideas? Thanks

Afraid you need the Q Multiscreen subscription in order to connect any Sky Go device to your Q box @John+Boyle

But Sky.com says "You’ll need a Sky Multiscreen or Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home subscription, or you can pay the monthly cost to use it (Sky+ and Sky Q customers only)."

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm not sure what that last bit means but if you want to connect the Sky Go app to your Q box then you do need a multiscreen subscription as by doing this the app is seen as another screen which is why multiscreen is required.
