Sky Mix

I subscribe to the full package via Sky Q but on Sky Go Sky Sports Mix does not appear even as an option to record.

Have you made sure the record to Sky box option is selected at the top of the TV Guide, if you have then for future programs have you checked on both 416 and 873 ?
