I have an iPad Air (5th Generation) with OS version 17.7
SkyGo works intermittently with more than one error code or 'please try again later'
Any suggestions please. Many thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI suppose you have tried deleting the app then installing it again. Something you could try is to change your password to make it only have letters and numbers if it currently has any other characters in it.
