I have a Samsung S6 Lite that is linked to my phone but I unlinked the Sky Go app. I can't download any of the movies or shows or watch live TV. Why can't I play anything? Can someone help please. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled. Checked my preferences. I genuinely don't know what else to do.
