Having installed SkyGo on my laptop I receive this error message when attempting to watch channels, specifically Sky Sports News.
I've checked out other threads in the Sky foum and also other online forums, and there seems to be no firm fix only suggestions to log out & back in, uninstall & reinstall - which I have tried several times without success. I have alos tried disconnecting from the Sky Q box to use my wi-fi connection, but still no luck.
Surely the number of occurences of this issue across numerous users suggest it needs a firm fix from Sky?
Any help would be appreciated

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I haven't received a response to my chat message. Why repeatedly close what is obviously an unresolved customer issue. This is by far the worst customer experience process I have ever used. Absolutely awful.
