Sky Go won't open on Mac

Hello, I’d be really grateful for some advice.

 

Sky Go won’t open on my Mac—when I click the icon, it just bounces in the dock and then nothing happens. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I’ve updated to the latest version of macOS (Sequoia 15.4.1), but the issue still persists.

Is there anything else I can try to get it working?
