Sky Go use abroad (Irish customer)

The last three times I have traveled abroad (Spain twice and Portugal once) Sky Go has not worked, despite being on the list of countries where it can be used.

Is there anything I can do to ensure I get the service I'm paying for when I travel to Spain at the end of May?

Probably not, no.  Using the app device(s) at your home address before you go is a good idea, as is making sure that Sky has a correct (RoI) address on your account.

Incidentally, Sky regards Go as a 'free' add-on, so from their point of view it's not a service anyone is 'paying for'.
