Sky Go stopped working on all Xboxs

My xbox updated and Sky required a username and password. Now I am receiving the following message..

 

You can't use Sky Go on this device yet. You'll need a SkyQ MuItiscreen, Sky Glass or Sky Go Extra subscription to access Sky Go on this device.

 

I have used Sky Go on this xbox for years. I called Sky, was put thru to 3 different departments of which I was told the same thing. I have Sky Go and can stream on 2 devices, including the xbox. But it still doesn't work. 

 

I recently removed Multiroom from my Sky Package after paying £15 a month for 3 years and never using the mini box once. I was reassured that removing Multiroom would no stop Sky Go working on my xbox.

 

How do I resolve this?

The reason this has happened is because you no longer have multiscreen on your account as this is required so you can have free Sky Go Extra which would then allow you to use the app on your console.
