Sky Go recording

I seleted to record a programme from my sky go app on my phone which worked fine and we watched from the sky box when we got home bit after a few days it disappeared. I have checked in my deleted files but nothing. Does anyone know if recordings this way only last for a few days or how I can get this on catch up?

Was this a program you recorded to your Sky Q box or was it something from catchup or boxsets that you downloaded ?
